The Rev. Anthony Jacob Henckel Family National Association is organized for the purpose of preserving history related to Rev. A.J. Henckel, his wife Maria Elisabeth Dentzer Henckel, their ancestors, and their descendants (of whatever spelling.) Rev. A.J. Henckel was a pioneer Evangelical Lutheran minister that immigrated to America in 1717 from the German Palatinate.
